About the Role
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across all Human Resources functions at our Reynosa manufacturing site.
This role is a key member of the leadership team, driving initiatives that support talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Spanish–English) HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while influencing leaders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to business goals and continuous improvement initiatives

Lead workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment for operational roles

Oversee employee onboarding and talent acquisition strategies

Manage compensation, benefits administration, and annual enrollment processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate policies
-
Maintain accurate HRIS data, reporting, and confidentiality standards
-
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations

Completes Union Negotiations, Yearly and full contract review within the established frequency.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture

Lead training, development programs, and performance management processes

Maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, and succession planning

Support change management and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience
-
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws, Union negotiation and HR best practices
-
Bilingual Spanish English (mandatory)
-
Ability to travel occasionally (<10%)

Advanced studies or professional certification in Human Resources
