We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Sales Support Representative to help our Landscape Maintenance and Snow sales team stay organized, maintain accurate customer information, support sales activities, and coordinate appointments. This role combines administrative support with customer outreach to help our sales team operate more efficiently.
The Role
This remote position focuses primarily on sales support and administrative coordination, with some outbound customer outreach. You'll help maintain accurate customer and prospect information, conduct research, update CRM records, and coordinate appointments. While outbound calling is part of the role, its primary purpose is to gather information, update records, and schedule meetings.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Support & Administration
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in the CRM
- Update sales contact reports and customer information
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks that improve efficiency
- Track customer interactions and maintain organized documentation
Research & Data Management
- Research prospective customers and key decision-makers
- Verify and update contact information
- Build and maintain customer and prospect databases
- Assist with account research to support sales initiatives
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective Landscape Maintenance and Snow customers
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Send follow-up emails and build relationships with prospective customers

Required Qualifications
We work exclusively with customers in the United States. Applicants must demonstrate:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Neutral, professional speaking voice
- Clear pronunciation that is easy for U.S. customers to understand
- Excellent grammar and business writing skills
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, telemarketing, administrative support, appointment setting, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional speaking voice
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up via email
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and consistently meet activity goals
- Experience working with U.S.-based customers is highly preferred
