We are currently seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A Manager to support strategic finance operations for one of our U.S.-based clients.
About the Role
As an FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial visibility and decision-making for our clients. You’ll work closely with leadership teams to build forecasts, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact business growth.
This role is ideal for someone with strong financial modeling capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting fast-paced, data-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and business insights to leadership teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, and Leadership teams to drive business performance
- Build and maintain KPI frameworks and performance tracking models
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses
- Support cash flow planning, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling
- Improve reporting automation, financial processes, and operational efficiency
- Assist leadership with board presentations, strategic initiatives, and investment analysis
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or related areas
- Strong background supporting U.S.-based companies or international operations preferred
- Advanced to expert-level Excel skills, including:
- Financial modeling
- Scenario analysis
- Forecasting
- Advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of:
- Financial statements
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Business performance analysis
- KPI management
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional English proficiency required
