Specific Funtions:
- Lead IATF1 audit preration ,documentation ,and compliance
- Manage customer claims RMA ,PPM,desviations,and corrective actions
- Lead monthly quality KPI reporting and performance review (PPT & Excell)
- Oversee PPAP, FMEA, control plan , COA, and other quality system documents
- Interface with customer quality teams and lead communication on quality topics
Responsability:
- Act as main customer quality representative
- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective CAPA actions
- Maintain IATF quality system and ensure audit readiness at all times
- Support internal external audits and ensure timely completation of findings
- Coordinate quality communication between Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and customers
- Ensure real -time reporting of defects, sacrap trends , containment activities
Education:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering , Quality Engieering, Manufactucturing or simillar
- Advanced power point skills for customer reporting and business presentations
- Excel advanced level (pivot tables , data analysis ,KPI dashboards)
- Knowledge of quality tools .PPAP , MSA.SPC,FMEA, control plan
Labor Expertise:
- Minimun 5 year of experience in automotive manufacturing quality
- Direct customer communication experience (claims, audits deviatios)
- Proven experience with IATF16949 audit management
- Supplier quality exposure and corrective action leadership
