About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Online English Teacher to teach children and young learners in a fully remote environment.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional English teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping children develop their English abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive online English lessons for children.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities.
- Teach speaking, listening, reading, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
- Adapt teaching methods to different learning levels and abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging virtual classroom environment.
- Maintain consistent attendance and professional communication.
- Use online teaching platforms and digital learning tools effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional English teaching experience.
- Proven experience teaching children and/or young learners.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Excellent spoken English and pronunciation.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with children.
- Previous online teaching experience is strongly preferred.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, Education, English, or related certification/degree is a plus.
- Reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet.
- Quiet and professional home teaching environment.
