Qualification, Knowledge & Academic requirements
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical and/or Electronics.
Advanced conversational English, communication with technical vocabulary.
Experience requirements:

Proven experience in new product launches (NPI/NPD). Management and experience in core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, CP) implementing the tools and generating added value to the new product development process.

Proven experience in 8D analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.

GreenBelt certification is desirable, with proven experience in statistical analysis focused on quality.

Proactive, change agent, self-directed, and with effective communication. Ability to lead a work team.

Implementation of new projects from conception to prototypes - MP.

Creation and timely implementation of quality documentation in the projects. Generation of NCMR - 8D as applicable in the assembly lines.
- Follow-up in the first 3 months after product launch with the client, driving quality escape issues with the client while following up on root cause analysis with the multidisciplinary team.

Keep the deliverables updated according to procedures. Carry out the support activities requested by Management.
