Workday Integrations Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist with hands-on experience designing, supporting, and troubleshooting Workday integrations. This role is ideal for professionals with an AMS or consulting background who enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting global customers.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support Workday integrations.
- Monitor integration executions and resolve issues proactively.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to support business processes.
- Participate in release management activities and production deployments.
- Create and maintain integration documentation, technical designs, and data mappings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Workday Integrations.
- Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and/or Cloud Connect.
- Experience working with XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Understanding of Workday Business Processes (BP) and security concepts.
- Experience supporting AMS environments or working in a consulting organization.
- Advanced conversational English (required).
