Cost Accountant – Monterrey - ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK - Advanced Enlgish
BAC is looking for a Cost Accountant to join our Ciénega de Flores plant, focused on analyzing and controlling manufacturing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production costs (materials, labor, and overhead)
- Prepare standard vs. actual cost variances
- Maintain standard costs in ERP (SAP preferred)
- Support month-end close and inventory valuation
- Monitor inventory movements, adjustments, and variances
- Prepare financial reports and cost analysis for plant leadership
- Partner with production and supply chain to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced English communication
- Experience in financial analysis and inventory management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
