What will you do?-
Ensure that appropriate materials, consumables, and equipment are used for each welding process (as defined by engineering drawings)

Review and verify welding station parameters and ensure compliance with the project’s technical specifications (WPS)
-
Measure OEE in operational processes (efficiency, availability, and quality)
-
Validate compliance with quality standards and ensure proper documentation of first article/sample validations
-
Manage and oversee autonomous and preventive maintenance of machinery in coordination with support teams
-
Supervise compliance with EHS regulations in all work areas (PPE, LOTO, etc.)

Manage and allocate production loads across process stations/machines
What will you need to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor (Fabrication/Welding)
-
Strong knowledge of welding processes (MAG, SPOT Welding)
-
Proficiency in Power BI
-
Knowledge of 6S methodology
-
Proficiency in MS Office
-
Intermediate level of English
-
Experience in shop floor management
-
Knowledge of SMED
-
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
-
SAP knowledge (modules PP, MM) is a plus
