As an ISC Project Manager, you will have a transformative impact on our business. You will drive operational efficiency, optimize decision-making, and unlock valuable insights within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization by leading high impact / high complexity projects, from strategy development to full execution.
This ISC Project Manager role will be located in Juarez, Mexico and will need to have flexibility to work out of any of the four manufacturing facilities within the city. Juarez is a strategic location for manufacturing and will continue to receive many high visibility / high priority ISC footprint and resilience projects. The projects will include but are not limited to manufacturing / DC site repositioning, footprint consolidations, Localization and insourcing / outsourcing projects to meet strategic plans and ISC resilience objectives. We are looking for a strong, experienced Project Manager who is capable of managing these critical projects for the organization. You will be responsible for leading projects in accordance with Honeywell Technologies’ Standard Transitions Process (STP).
- Develop strategies and execute transformation projects including – Americas ISC Resilience – Insourcing, Outsourcing, Manufacturing localization; ISC Site segmentation and Mfg. Site and DC Transitions.
- PM all sending and receiving activities for transformation projects with focus on the Juarez manufacturing sites.
- Deliver projects on budget, on schedule with identified financial benefits.
- Conduct robust due diligence, hidden factory capture and deliver flawless project execution.
- Translate, generate and implement program plans and business requirements into actionable projects with accurate costs, schedule, and benefits.
- Ensure global use of practical, effective tools and techniques (Standard Transitions Process) to manage the implementation of business transformation projects.
- Manage project charters/4-blockers risk and mitigation plans, project schedules, project data update in HRP/Accolade systems as per Standard Work, financial targets, costs and savings calculations and methodology, periodic and recurring business reviews, executive leadership briefings, resource planning, change management plans, employee relations plans, roles and responsibilities matrices, stage-gate based implementation methodologies, conflict resolutions plans and service level agreements in order to guarantee success.
- Use Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles to implement corrective and improvement actions during the transition process.
Essential Competencies
Project Management: Serve as liaison between leadership, sending and receiving site project team members, and line management, to define and execute project scope and deliver actions on-time and on-budget. Uses Honeywell Technologies’ Standard Transitions Process (STP) to manage projects. Manages costs and schedule, understands status of a project at any point in time. Effectively escalates risk to schedule and cost to mitigate impact.
Project Complexity: Ability to manage and execute projects across multiple businesses, product lines, and regions. Solving large scale problems with strategies that include multiple projects, multiple workstreams and spans multiple sites or SBG's.
Business and Finance Acumen: Knowledge of and experience with financial data and the overall business portfolio. Financial knowledge to include an understanding of project cost/savings, business P&L, product cost, and gross profit. PM can connect the project to the respective GBE’s STRAP/AOP/Budgets.

Shares complex info succinctly; adapts content and level of detail appropriate for targeted audience. Articulates trade-offs and business case scenarios visually in PowerPoint.
