We are seeking an experienced Senior Node.js Engineer to provide technical leadership and ensure quality, strategic direction and team management across migration and application development projects. In this role, you will coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, define standards and support the resolution of critical issues while fostering continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities

Ensure best practices and maintainability while performing critical code reviews to guarantee the technical quality of deliverables

Coordination with architecture and infrastructure teams to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders and facilitate informed decision-making

Definition of the production release strategy and support for critical deployments to ensure a smooth transition

Make technical decisions, resolve doubts and define technological paths for the team

Share knowledge with the team to support its growth and promote good practices

Maintenance of coding standards and the version control strategy

Estimation of realistic development times to support project planning

Diagnose root causes of failures, support SIT/UAT environments and assist in bug resolution

Assist developers in resolving critical technical issues and roadblocks
Requirements
-
At least 3 years of experience in technical leadership responsible for quality, strategic direction and team management

Extensive experience in Java and Node.js application development and architecture

Knowledge of Kubernetes, WAS and JBoss

Proficiency in version control using Git

Leadership skills alongside effective communication and the ability to manage both technical and team aspects

Capability to work in dynamic environments and coordinate with multiple business and technology areas
