Drive the prioritization, documentation and delivery of ideas for growth marketing initiative.
- Conceptualize and research growth marketing opportunities in support of the mission and vision for growth.
- Consistently challenge and seek to improve the customer experience through the use of marketing technology and engagement strategies.
- A growth mindset, collaboration, attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.
- Help drive best practices within the Marketing Automation platform and surrounding marketing technology solutions.
- Onboard and adopt new engagement technologies to drive enrollment.
- Attendance, punctuality, reliability and onsite presence are essential functions of this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years in a performance marketing role
- 4+ years in a growth marketing role
- 4+ years of experience managing Marketing Technology solutions
- 3+ years of marketing automation experience
- 3+ years of CRM experience (Preferably Salesforce)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable
- Ability to understand and anticipate dependencies across complex systems
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes to business stakeholders
- Motivated learner eager to take on new systems and challenges
- Problem solver
Preferred Qualifications:
