Senior Associate & Team Lead Opportunities
Are you an experienced accounting or taxation professional with hands-on QuickBooks experience and exposure to US clients?
We're growing our team at Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in US CPA firms and businesses that support accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related functions.
Based on your skills, experience, and technical expertise, you may be considered for either a Senior Associate or Team Lead position within our Bookkeeping or US Taxation teams.
What You'll Do
Depending on your experience level and specialization, responsibilities may include:
Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Review financial statements and bookkeeping records.
- Support US clients and CPA firms with accounting and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting best practices.
US Taxation
- Prepare and review US tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
- Prepare tax workpapers and supporting documentation.
- Assist with tax compliance and tax research activities.
- Review financial information for tax preparation purposes.
- Communicate with CPA firms regarding tax-related matters.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of tax engagements.
Leadership Opportunities (Team Lead Level)
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Review and approve deliverables before client submission.
- Manage team productivity, quality standards, and workflow.
- Provide technical guidance and training.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in US bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, or accounting outsourcing services.
- Mandatory hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of US accounting principles and/or US tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting US-based clients, CPA firms, or accounting outsourcing/KPO environments.
Additional Qualifications for Tax Candidates
- Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
- Familiarity with tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or ProSeries.
Additional Qualifications for Leadership Candidates
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring team members.
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, EA, CA, CA Inter, or currently pursuing professional accounting/tax certifications.
- Experience working directly with US CPA firms.
- Familiarity with Xero and other cloud-based accounting platforms.

Final position level (Senior Associate or Team Lead) and specialization (Bookkeeping or US Taxation) will be determined based on the candidate's skills, technical expertise, leadership experience, and overall qualifications.

Pay: From $23,000.00 per month
