About the team/ Offering (Optional)
Our SAP Transition & Transformation team supports project control, coordination, documentation, and reporting across SAP-related initiatives. The team works closely with project managers, SAP functional and technical teams, infrastructure teams, and clients to help ensure smooth execution of transition and transformation programs. By maintaining clear project tracking, accurate documentation, and proactive follow-up, the team helps drive timely delivery, alignment, and continuous improvement across SAP projects.
About the Role
Essential Job Functions:
As a SAP Transition & Transformation PMO Analyst, you will support project management activities within SAP-related initiatives, focusing on project control, coordination, documentation, and reporting. You will assist project managers and cross-functional teams in tracking progress, managing project information, coordinating meetings and knowledge transfer sessions, and supporting the execution of SAP transition and transformation programs. This junior role is ideal for someone with strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to follow-up in structured, fast-paced environments.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP Transition & Transformation projects.
- Track project activities, milestones, risks, and issues to support timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams and clients.
- Follow up on action items and support alignment across SAP functional, technical, and infrastructure teams.
- Assist in managing transition activities, including handover processes and documentation.
- Support transformation initiatives by tracking improvements, process enhancements, and changes.
- Maintain project tracking tools and ensure data accuracy using Excel, project management tools, and similar platforms.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or IT project support.
- Experience or exposure to SAP environments or IT projects, including implementation, AMS, or support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid.
- Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up proactively with stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
Other Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP modules or SAP project environments is preferred.
- Experience with project tracking tools, such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar, is preferred.
- Experience in transition activities, knowledge transfer, handover, or transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with PMO practices, reporting, and KPI tracking is a plus.
- Experience working in global or cross-functional teams is a plus.
