Location: Remote (Based in Mérida, Yucatán)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: $16,000 – $18,000 MXN net per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders and generate Purchase Orders (POs)
- Setup and maintain inventory records
- Manage and synchronize internal operational data
- Collaborate with internal teams via email and chat
- Utilize ChatGPT and digital tools to document procedures and support operational workflows
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in order processing, inventory management, or administrative operations
- Experience working remotely and independently
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SOS Inventory and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of data migration and system integrations
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
