General Objective
Lead the Human Resources strategy and management for the region, ensuring alignment with Kauffman Engineering’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives. Drive a culture of performance, engagement, and accountability by promoting talent development, leadership growth, and effective employee relations. Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, managing cross-functional initiatives that strengthen workforce planning, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, and workplace safety and wellness. Implement HR programs with measurable ROI that enhance productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring full compliance with all applicable labor and safety regulations.

Requirements: Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources leadership roles, preferably at a regional or multi-site level.
- Fully bilingual in English, with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Expert understanding of Mexican labor law, including STPS regulations and collective bargaining processes.
- Proven ability to build and sustain effective labor relations, ensuring compliance while fostering a positive workplace climate.
- Demonstrated knowledge of occupational health, safety, and hygiene standards, driving a culture of prevention and well-being.
- Strong background in compensation and benefits strategy, including design, administration, and benchmarking.
- Track record in developing and implementing training and talent development programs that support organizational growth and capability building.
- Recognized for a strategic mindset, business partnership approach, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Academic Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline; postgraduate studies are a plus.
