About American Pro Insurance
American Pro Insurance is a growing U.S.-based insurance agency specializing in commercial insurance for trucking companies, owner-operators, contractors, and small businesses. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and results-driven individuals to join our remote sales team.
This position focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You will be speaking with business owners throughout the United States and helping connect them with our licensed insurance agents.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to trucking companies, owner-operators, and business owners throughout the United States.
- Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify prospects and gather information for insurance quotes.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, SMS, and email.
- Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents.
- Maintain accurate records and notes within our CRM.
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals.
- Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
- Assist with lead management and follow-up campaigns.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, call centers, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
