We are looking for a Senior, Client Services Analyst to join our LATAM Client Services team, based in Mexico, reporting to the Director of Account Management, LATAM.
As a Senior, Client Services Analyst at Epsilon, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, driving the successful execution of digital campaigns while ensuring best-in-class client experience. You will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic accounts, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Media Delivery and Analytics teams to deliver outstanding campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
This role requires someone who can operate independently, proactively solve complex challenges, improve internal processes, and supply to the continuous evolution of our Client Services organization across LATAM.
What You’ll Achieve
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of strategic client accounts, ensuring successful campaign execution and delivery against business objectives.
- Partner with Sales during the pre-sales process by supporting media planning, campaign strategy, audience recommendations, forecasting, and feasibility assessments for new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic media recommendations that align with client objectives, budget, indicators, and available solutions across Epsilon's portfolio.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex campaign, product and technical inquiries, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, delivery and indicators, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and communicating actionable recommendations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Create, analyze and present campaign reports, translating performance data into relevant business insights and recommendations for clients and internal collaborators.
- Prepare comprehensive post-buy analyses that evaluate campaign performance against objectives, highlight key findings, and find opportunities for future optimization.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting throughout the campaign lifecycle, delivering clear performance updates and executive-ready summaries to clients and internal teams.
- Partner closely with Sales to support client retention, expansion opportunities and overall account growth.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements through process optimization, documentation and automation.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing guidelines, providing guidance on complex accounts, and supplying to onboarding and team development.
- Support regional initiatives that improve operational excellence and elevate the overall client experience across LATAM.
Who You Are and What you’ll bring with you:
- 5+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Digital Media, AdTech or MarTech.
- Strong experience handling complex digital advertising campaigns across multiple clients simultaneously.
- Validated experience working directly with enterprise clients, agencies or strategic accounts.
- Experience supporting media planning, campaign strategy, audience recommendations, forecasting, and feasibility assessments for digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms, ad servers, DSPs or digital marketing technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle complex client situations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Technology and Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to find opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is highly valued.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Spanish and professional English proficiency (B2+ or above).
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication and collaborator management skills.
