AI Remodeling is a call center based in Cancún that has been supporting companies in home remodeling and construction since 2010.
We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in attracting and selecting top talent, ensuring we bring the best candidates into our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a proactive approach to identifying and evaluating candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various platforms and attract qualified talent.
- Screen and review resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leaders.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and generate progress reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in a bilingual or international environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and selection tools.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
