About the Program:
Homeowners don’t need to buy solar panels. Instead, they simply switch to solar energy at a lower monthly rate with no installation cost, no maintenance, and no equipment purchase required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using warm data
- Follow a proven script to build interest and set appointments
- Educate prospects on how the solar savings program works
- Work closely with closers who handle final enrollment
- Track leads and performance in our CRM

Requirements:
- Clear, professional English communication
- Reliable internet and a USB headset
- Great attitude, self-motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and following a script
- Able to work full-time: 11 AM – 8 PM Central Time Zome (Chicago Time)
