Position: Human Resource
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource (HR) professional to lead and Manage manpower as per Mexican laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll and employee compensation processes, ensuring accuracy & compliance.
- Recruitment processes, workforce planning, Interviews, hiring.
- Resolving labor relations cases including disciplinary processes, investigations and ensuring alignment with labor law and company policies.
- Handling labor union, leading negotiations, conflict resolution processes, and maintain labor stability.
- ISO audits, ensuring full compliance with corporate, legal, and ethical standards.
- Compliance with safety regulations, and corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource.
- 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Spanish required; English proficiency preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, composites, plastics, chemicals, cable, automotive, or industrial operations.
- Experience working in maquiladora environments.
