A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related discipline, along with 2–5 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools. PMP certification is a plus.
Previous experience as a Project Manager in industrial projects, preferably within the automotive sector and/or similar industries.
Ability to interact with customers at both a business and technical level.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage assignments.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present to internal and customer stakeholders.
Comfortable speaking in public and presenting to small groups.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments.
Willingness to travel.(30 to 40%)
Desirable Qualifications

Experience in international and multidisciplinary environments.

Knowledge of project planning and tracking tools (Wrike, MS Project, Jira, SAP, or similar).

Experience in risk management, change management, and cost control.

Additional certifications in project management or agile methodologies.
