Overview:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in programmatic and digital ad operations, looking to keep growing within the field. You will support the AdOps team in the execution, monitoring, and troubleshooting of programmatic and biddable ad campaigns across multiple platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, Social, and Bidding platforms, working closely with senior team members who will guide your growth.
You are curious, organized, and driven to keep developing your craft. This role is a strong next step for professionals who already have hands-on experience in ad tech and programmatic media, offering continued exposure to campaign trafficking, reporting, and optimization under the mentorship of experienced AdOps professionals. You'll help support the way Canela manages data and how advertisers use it for managing campaigns.

Responsibilities
● Support the implementation of digital campaigns and ads according to guidelines with DSP partners such as: Springserve, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc., under the guidance of senior team members.
● Growing interest in and curiosity about Programmatic Media.
● Assist in monitoring data-driven, programmatic media trading performance, helping to compile insights and flag potential issues to the AdOps Manager.
● Developing analytical abilities and building confidence in the use of data.
● Support campaign performance monitoring along with the Client Service team.
● Help ensure campaigns are pacing accordingly by supporting spend tracking and basic troubleshooting, escalating complex issues as needed.
● Support coordination with ad technology vendors needed to execute specific campaign work.
● Collaborate across disciplines to support best-in-class, holistic omnichannel media strategies for large brands.
● Working exposure to SSPs such as Xandr, Magnite, and GAM.
● Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills with a variety of company partners.
● Support the implementation, monitoring, and basic optimization of placements such as OTT, Display, OLV, and others.
● Exposure to analytics, attribution and measurement systems, including but not limited to:
○ Google Analytics
○ MOAT/IAS/DoubleVerify
○ Nielsen

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
● 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, ad operations, or a related field.
● Solid working knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, with a strong willingness to keep learning.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
● Basic knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem and technical market standards (VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, DV, IAS, etc.) or strong willingness to learn.
● Working understanding of media planning concepts such as reach, frequency, frequency management and ROI.
● Exposure to platforms such as Google Display & Video 360, Google Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Magnite, etc. is a plus.
● Interest in data analysis; results and detail oriented.
● Good knowledge of Excel.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail/organizational skills.
● Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
