Call Center Medical Assistant calling on patients for a pharmacy.
Must have good English and be able to build relationships on the phone with patients in English.
You will be calling patients each day to ensure to confirm pharmacy refills. Discuss any issues they have in filling their medications at other pharmacies. Soliciting prescriptions from other pharmacies to be sent to our pharmacy.
