Our Client:
Our client is a fast-growing American DTC brand selling premium, American-made consumer products with a bold lifestyle identity and a loyal, passionate customer base. The brand is doing $55k+/month in sales on Shopify and is ready to scale well beyond it. Paid social is the primary growth engine, and the next stage of growth will be won through sharper campaigns, better landing pages, and a higher-converting Shopify store.
The Role:
They are hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to own the paid acquisition engine. The brand currently runs 30+ active ad creatives on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with most traffic landing directly on product pages. You will take over the ad account, bring structure and discipline to campaign and creative testing, build dedicated landing pages to test against product pages, and optimize the Shopify store for conversion. You will work directly with the founding team and own the performance outcomes. This is a hands-on operator role—you architect the testing system and personally run it.
What You Will Own:
Paid media performance
Manage, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns (budgets, bids, audiences, placements)
Lead the strategy, setup, and execution of TikTok Shop. Test and scale content, creator partnerships, and ad campaigns to drive sales and brand presence on the platform.
Own ROAS, CPA, and spend efficiency across the account
Rapidly test campaign structures, offers, and audiences
Expand into new channels (TikTok shop, Google) as performance justifies
Creative testing
Run a structured creative testing program—brief, launch, analyze, and iterate on new angles, hooks, and formats
Partner with the founders on creative direction, offers, and promotions
Build a repeatable pipeline of winning ads
Landing pages and CRO
Build and A/B test dedicated landing pages to move beyond product-page-only traffic
Optimize the Shopify store for conversion—PDPs, bundles, offers, reviews, and checkout flow
Improve AOV and conversion rate alongside ad performance
Analytics and reporting
Own tracking and attribution (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4) so every dollar is measurable
Report weekly on ROAS, CPA, AOV, and testing results with clear recommendations
Translate data into action every week
Who You Are:
You live in Meta & TikTok Ads Manager and have a proven track record of scaling DTC ad accounts profitably
You test, measure, and iterate without hand-holding
You understand the full funnel: ad, landing page, and checkout are one system to you
You are analytical, organized, and self-directed
You are fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication
You thrive in early-stage, founder-led environments and know how to do more with less
Experience We're Looking For:
4+ years running Meta and TikTok shop ads for e-commerce/DTC brands with real budget ownership
Proven record of profitable ROAS and scaling ad spend
Hands-on Shopify experience and landing page builders (Replo, Shogun, GemPages, or similar)
Strong CRO and A/B testing fundamentals
Experience with consumables, CPG, or lifestyle brands preferred
Familiarity with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam), Klaviyo, and AI creative tools a plus
