We're looking for a Creator Success & Community Specialist to help build meaningful relationships with content creators across North America while supporting the daily operations behind one of the world's fastest-growing live streaming communities.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Creator Success team, you'll play a key role in supporting creators throughout their journey on the platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and creator agencies.
- Support creators with operational processes and day-to-day platform activities.
- Review creator applications and onboarding requests with exceptional attention to detail.
- Monitor dashboards and performance reports to ensure operational excellence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver the best creator experience.
- Help organize creator campaigns, community events, and engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and creator satisfaction.
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements
- Bilingual English & Spanish.
- Experience in Customer Success, Community Management, Operations, Account Management, Client Support, Partnerships, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
