We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic professional to join our LATAM Operations team. In this role, you will work directly with creator agencies and streamer communities across the region, helping them improve performance, grow their operations, and achieve monthly goals.

- Available to work from the office at least 4 days per week

What You’ll Do
- Manage and support partnered agencies across the LATAM region
- Monitor operational performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Maintain close communication with agencies and support day-to-day operational needs
- Assist with streamer recruitment, retention, engagement, and activity management
- Track and analyze KPIs including:
- Recruitment
- Streamer activity
- Retention
- Streaming hours
- Revenue performance
- Help agencies achieve monthly operational and revenue goals
- Build strong relationships with agencies and external business partners
- Coordinate online and offline engagement activities and campaigns
- Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and growth insights
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and execution
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of multitasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
