You'll play a key role in supporting reservations across third-party booking platforms including Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, and others. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of new challenges.

Create, manage, and monitor reservations across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Marriott, etc.).

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple platforms.

Oversee guest check-ins, follow-ups, and last-minute reservation needs.

Track and reconcile payments, refunds, appeasements, and special requests for OTA guests.

Provide inbound and outbound support to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Identify and escalate OTA platform issues or policy changes, offering feedback to internal teams.

Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve OTA operations and guest satisfaction.

English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)

Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Experience working with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, etc.) is a plus.

Salary: $16,500 MXN gross per month + performance incentive
