Responsibilities:
Join a high-impact role within our S&T organization here you will act as an internal consultant helping business leaders solve complex challenges, improve performance, and accelerate transformation initiatives across Mexico.
As a Strategy Senior Manager, you will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, diagnose business issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong consulting background who enjoy working across multiple business functions, leading analytical projects, and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights.
You will work on a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including business transformation, operational effectiveness, process optimization, organizational improvements, financial assessments, and special projects that support the company's growth agenda.
This role combines analytical rigor, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and critical business priorities across Mexico.
As a Strategy Senior Manager, you will:

Partner with business leaders to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop practical solutions to improve business performance.

Lead diagnostic assessments and deep-dive analyses to evaluate operational and organizational effectiveness.

Drive business transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, cost efficiency, productivity improvement, and operating model enhancements.

Structure and solve complex business problems using data-driven methodologies and fact-based decision-making approaches.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and develop actionable recommendations.

Manage cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation and value realization.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions to align teams around priorities and solutions.

Develop business cases, executive presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership decision-making.

Analyze internal and external business trends, market dynamics, and operational performance indicators to support transformation efforts.

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, HR, and other functions to drive organizational improvements.

Monitor project execution, track results, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Support change management activities to facilitate adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy transformation, operational excellence, continuous improvement or related business advisory functions.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other quantitative disciplines. MBA preferred.

Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.

Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms.

Proven experience leading complex business improvement, transformation, or consulting projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making.
