In AD-VELOPMENT, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strategic mindset and a natural talent for sales. Your primary mission will be to identify new business opportunities, negotiate strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in international markets.
We are not looking for someone who simply "knocks on doors," but rather a relationship builder who understands client needs and designs solutions that create mutual value. You will serve as the bridge between market demands and our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification. Conduct market research to identify niche opportunities in new countries and evaluate potential local competitors.
- Pipeline Management (Cold & Warm Sales). Prospect, qualify, and manage high-value leads through the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signature.
- Promotional Campaign Management. Own and execute lead-generation campaigns across traditional and digital channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, UGC campaigns, and other acquisition strategies.
- Partnership Development. Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with international strategic partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and key stakeholders to ensure sales messaging aligns with market needs and business objectives.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Sales Representative, or Key Account Management roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English required; Portuguese is a plus.
Hard Skills
- Commercial strategy development.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Experience using outbound sales and lead generation tools such as Apollo and Lemlist.
- Knowledge of online prospecting techniques, including Social Selling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, UGC campaigns).
