Talent Acquisition Advisor – Querétaro Operations
Siemens is a leading global technology company with over 170 years of experience. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will provide strategic TA partnership. This position reports to the TA Team Leader & the TA Head for México & CAM.
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be based on-site at our Querétaro plant, serving as the main point of contact for Talent Acquisition activities within the location. This role will ensure the effective execution of recruitment strategies aligned with operational needs, while facilitating the work and alignment of a small team of three TA Junior professionals, promoting collaboration, consistency, and high-quality delivery.
The TA Advisor will also provide labor market insights to attract top talent through innovative tools, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, while actively contributing to early careers initiatives and talent pipeline development.
What will you do
Recruiting and attracting top talent will be your main challenge. You will leverage the right tools and strategies to engage candidates, ensure a seamless hiring experience, and provide guidance in the execution of recruitment activities within the local team. You will maintain alignment with current talent programs such as Trainees and Dual Education, while continuously exploring new ways to access and engage top candidates.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment of early career to senior management positions for Smart Infrastructure division and other businesses within the organization
- Development and tracking of early career programs (Trainee and Dual Education programs)
- Act as a strategic partner for the business regarding talent pools and attraction strategies
- Execute the hiring process in accordance with current processes and regulations
- Utilize social media recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Actively participate in TA communities within the organization
- Engage with senior and top management stakeholders
- Identify and implement new strategies and tools for Talent Acquisition
- Participation in local and global TA projects
- Develop alliances with key universities to identify early talent
- Represent Siemens in job fairs and support talent pipeline development initiatives
- Contribute to employer branding activities and initiatives
What will you need to succeed?
- Up to 5 years of experience in executive recruitment
- Experience collaborating with or guiding small teams is preferred
- Background driving early careers initiatives
- Strong knowledge of recruitment sources and strategies
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Skilled in competency-based interview evaluation
- Vendor management and development experience
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Experience recruiting financial, commercial, and engineering profiles (Energy, Electrical or related industries is a plus)
- Advanced English
