ScaleWise is a nearshore talent and delivery partner connecting skilled professionals in Mexico with US-based technology companies. We currently support the delivery team of a fast-growing SaaS company in the project and portfolio management space, helping their enterprise clients implement and adopt their platform successfully. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Mexico, working closely with a distributed delivery team across North America.
What you'll do:
- Participate in client discovery sessions and personally translate business requirements into a concrete technical build or configuration
- Design, configure, and build software solutions, workflows, reports, and integrations yourself, hands-on
- Lead or support implementation delivery from requirements through go-live
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in your own builds during testing and after launch
- Train end users and ensure the client can operate the solution independently after handoff
- Document implementation work clearly for internal and client use
What you need:
- Genuine fluency in project and portfolio management as a discipline. You can speak comfortably about schedules, durations, dependencies, milestones, resource allocation, and roadmaps, whether that came from Microsoft Project, OnePlan, Smartsheet, or a comparable platform
- 3 to 5+ years personally building or configuring software solutions in a professional services, technical consulting, or implementation delivery role. This is a hands-on builder role, not a project coordination role
- Strong, hands-on working knowledge of Power BI. This is a core, non-negotiable requirement
- Experience gathering requirements, configuring enterprise software, testing, and managing change through an implementation lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power Automate or Power Apps
- Hands-on Microsoft Project or Project Online experience. Given Project Online's retirement in September, candidates who've done migrations off that platform are especially valuable right now
- Power Platform certifications (PL-200, MB-210)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration

Compensation & Process
Base salary (after taxes): 28,000 MXN
