We are searching for a Director-level LATAM Architect to spearhead and help grow and scale our API & Integration Practice across the region.
This person will combine business development support, team leadership, client-facing consulting, and sound judgment in API and integration architecture. We are after a builder - someone able to evolve LATAM from a delivery location into a regional powerhouse of consulting, architecture, and growth for the API & Integration Practice.
Responsibilities

Work with regional account teams, global practice leadership, technology partners, and enterprise clients to expand opportunities across API strategy, integration modernization, platform transformation, governance, cloud integration, and AI-era integration

Lead LATAM teams and support their ongoing growth and professional advancement

Support pipeline development and pre-sales activities to drive regional business growth

Advise senior client stakeholders on complex API and integration challenges

Deliver intricate API and integration transformation initiatives end-to-end

Cultivate regional talent and foster a vibrant consulting and architecture community across LATAM

Shape client demand and act as a trusted voice for the practice throughout the region

Align LATAM capability with global practice strategy to ensure consistency and meaningful outcomes
Requirements
-
At least 12 years of IT experience
-
A minimum of 8 years in Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
-
Participation in 10+ projects, or a proven track record of launching 3+ products (or key product capabilities) into the market

Demonstrated success overseeing engagements for teams of 70+ FTEs, or smaller engagements that produced high business impact

Solid background in API management, integration platforms, cloud architecture, modernization, partner ecosystems, and enterprise consulting

Hands-on proficiency with MuleSoft for designing and implementing integration solutions

Practical experience with Apigee for API management and lifecycle governance

Working command of Kong as an API gateway and management platform
-
Real-world background using Azure API Management for creating and running enterprise APIs

Familiarity with Axway for API management and integration features
-
Experience with Boomi for cloud-based integration and workflow automation
-
Working knowledge of Kafka for event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming
-
Practical experience with leading cloud providers, including GCP, Azure, or AWS
-
English language proficiency at C1 level or higher
