Technical Expertise: ->

Programming and scripting of operational administration tasks in Unix & SQL

Scripting: Basic knowledge of Shell/Python/PowerShell for automation and log analysis.

Familiarity with any tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Pagerduty, WatchTower, Checknanny or AppDynamics.

Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy for incident and change management.

Networking Basics: Understanding of DNS, IP, firewalls, load balancers, ports etc

Actively supported troubleshooting and outages in coordination with engineering, developer teams, and outage management

Proactively identify problems, suggest fixes, and work towards ultimate resolution

Previously worked in a large organization or with international teams across multiple time zones and possible rotation in weekends
