Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in online legal information services and digital marketing solutions for law firms, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support lifecycle and customer marketing initiatives across its existing customer base.
The company provides legal resources such as state laws, case law, legal blogs, directories, and DIY legal products, while also offering online marketing services for law firms, making this a B2B + digital services environment with a strong focus on customer engagement and retention.
This role is hands-on and focused on executing data-driven, cross-channel lifecycle campaigns that improve customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and expansion (upsell/cross-sell). The candidate must think in terms of customer journeys (onboarding → adoption → renewal) rather than isolated campaigns, and leverage behavioral and product data to optimize results.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel, results-driven campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer journey optimization and lifecycle strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in legal services, SaaS, or B2B marketing environments
- Exposure to customer advocacy programs (case studies, testimonials, referrals)
- Experience creating customer-facing content (webinars, success stories, ROI materials)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in cross-functional teams
