Responsible to serve as a liaison for the Customs Compliance function with IT team and Prisma (Mexico Maquiladora Import/Export) software provider to ensure legal and operational requirements are considered on BPCS and Prisma implementations. Lead the design and testing of interfaces between BPCS and Prisma to ensure compliance and design and implementation of common Prisma processes across ECI manufacturing sites in Mexico and USA. Overall oversight of Customs KPI data collection as well as other ECI Trade level SharePoint sites and tools, work in partnership with IT to support trade process automation and reduce operations cycle time.

- Key activities:
- IT - BPCS support * Work with IT team on design and testing of interfaces between BPCS and Prisma system. * Function as Super User and/or Subject Matter Expert for Customs on IT implementations for ECI manufacturing sites in Mexico and USA. * Work with the Mexico Customs and Compliance Managers to standardize Prisma system processes across ECI. * Improve KPI and metrics gathering and presentation process to have timely information needed for management reviews. Customs Operations support * Provide support and advice on SharePoint tools needed by ECI Customs team. * Provide support and advice to Customs team on process automation opportunities. * Provide support to ECI Mexico Customs and Compliance Managers on data intensive processing for Prisma. * Develop and maintenance of the ECI Customs Compliance dashboard. * Provide support to ECI Mexico Compliance Manager on the maintenance of the MX VAT certification. * Provide support to ECI Mexico Compliance Manager on the maintenance of the MX AEO certification. * Provide support to ECI Mexico Compliance Manager on the raw material and fixed assets inventory control and reconciliation.
