Senior SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP OCM Lead Consultant to drive user adoption and organizational readiness for large-scale, global SAP transformation programs. This strategic advisor will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and global project teams to deliver multinational deployments across diverse geographies.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Experience with SAP Personas is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic OCM Leadership
- Lead end-to-end OCM strategies for global SAP transformation initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive change plans aligned with program timelines.
- Conduct impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Define communication strategies across diverse global regions.
- Drive executive alignment and sponsor engagement throughout the lifecycle.
Training, Adoption Support
- Oversee training strategy, curriculum development, and end-user enablement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Support hypercare activities to maximize business value realization.
- Partner with workstreams for S/4HANA and SuccessFactors deployments.
- Align business processes with ERP modernization objectives.
Global Program Delivery
- Manage OCM activities across multiple countries and time zones.
- Facilitate global workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Identify change risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Track change adoption metrics and organizational readiness KPIs.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of enterprise SAP OCM experience.
- Global Delivery: Proven track record supporting multinational SAP deployments.
- SAP Knowledge: Deep familiarity with S/4HANA or SuccessFactors programs.
- Core Deliverables: Hands-on experience creating stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, communication plans, and training strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Confident presenting to and advising executive leadership.
- Language: Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 80% internationally (including US, LATAM, Europe, and potentially Asia).
- Mobility: Valid passport and ability to secure visas for international travel required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Certifications: Prosci, ADKAR, or SAP OCM certifications.
- Methodologies: Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP Personas.
- Domain Expertise: Background in HR, Finance, or enterprise ERP modernization.
- Consulting Background: Prior experience within multinational consulting firms.
- Languages: Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, Portuguese, or European languages a plus).
