About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Commercial Executive to join our team in Frontera, Coahuila. In this role, you will manage customer requirements and oversee in-house manufacturing follow-up while supporting strategic sourcing and raw material negotiations.
You will play a key role in maintaining our supply chain and identifying business opportunities within the North American secondary aluminum market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Negotiate and execute raw material purchases to ensure a competitive supply.
- Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers; develop and visit key accounts.
- Logistics & Import/Export: Coordinate logistics for import shipments and on-site scrap collection.
- Market Analysis: Collaborate with Operations to run production simulations and alloy analyses to optimize margins.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly scrap position reports and manage commercial budgets, ensuring accurate data for decision-making.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar commercial or negotiation role.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in the North American secondary aluminum market and Incoterms.
- Languages: Advanced English (≥90%) – must be able to conduct international business.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, leadership mindset, and high sense of urgency.
- Tools: Knowledge of Oracle, Windows, and MS Office.
