Reporting: New Projects Manager

Compliance with On Time Delivery and improvement percentage.

Generate improvement ideas.
Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timeliness of required project deliverables and objectives.

Supervise new projects related to operations to trigger associated activities.

Define the overall project planning based on initial requirements.

Identify and communicate potential risks throughout the project.

Manage the execution of activities.
-
Measure and report delivery times for each project.
-
Maintain budget, documents, and other records in computer systems.
-
Oversee acceleration, identify and communicate requirements, risks, and propose actions.
-
Serve as the main contact for projects.
-
Organize meetings, reports, and the necessary structure to ensure communication, understanding, participation, and follow-up with project team members.

Understand local, regional, and global suppliers and customers to minimize project costs.
-
Manage project closure activities (learning and best practices).
-
Ensure the process is executed in compliance with HARTING guidelines and that all process users follow it.

Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related.

3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge in electronics and mechanics.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.
