Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent for banking and financial positions. If you are passionate about recruitment, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment & Selection.
Experience recruiting banking, financial, or corporate profiles.
Resume screening and candidate pre-selection experience.
Competency-based interviewing skills.
Experience using job boards and social media recruitment tools.
Intermediate to Advanced conversational English.
Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to candidate presentation.
Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and competency-based assessments.
Publish and manage job postings on different recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support talent attraction initiatives and employer branding activities.
