Role Overview
We are hiring a Remote Customer Relations Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our existing clients. You will manage inbound communication, run proactive outreach, resolve friction before it escalates, and keep client records accurate and current.
This is a mid-level role with real accountability. You are expected to ramp quickly, manage volume without constant oversight, and handle sensitive conversations with judgment. You will work closely with the intake team, case managers, and attorneys to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a passive customer service role. Responsiveness, tone, and accuracy matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for inbound client communications, including high-value and complex legal matters
- Conduct proactive outreach for engagement, updates, and satisfaction
- De-escalate sensitive or high-stress situations professionally
- Manage high-volume email and phone correspondence
- Build strong, lasting client relationships
- Maintain accurate, detailed client records with strict data integrity
- Gather client feedback to identify trends and improvement areas
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Clear, confident communication with a neutral or light accent
- Demonstrated success in client relations, account management, or high-volume client-facing roles
- Proven ability to stay calm and professional with frustrated or anxious clients
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Reliable internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace
- Comfortable using CRM systems and modern communication tools
Preferred Experience
- 1 to 2 years in a legal client relations, case management support, or client success role
- Experience managing an active book of clients or ongoing matters
- Track record of handling escalations and retention conversations
- Familiarity with Lemon Law or consumer law is helpful but not required, training provided
Compensation and Incentives
- Base Pay: MXN 27,000 to 35,000 per month, depending on experience
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses tied to client satisfaction, responsiveness, and record accuracy
- Growth Opportunity: High performers may advance into senior client relations or team lead roles over time
