We are currently looking for self-motivated, experienced professionals to join our team as Marketing Specialist. Homebased: Queretaro, México
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing activities for in-person and virtual events (exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, webinars).
- Plan the logistics for exhibition booths, including graphics and coordination with the equipment team.
- Manage relationships with the press and key industry publications.
- Develop the social media strategy for Mexico, including reviewing metrics and generating leads.
- Maintain and update content on social media and in newsletters.
- Design and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Design graphic materials: banners, flyers, invitations, and brochures.
- Record and edit video and photography for brand content.
- Track KPIs and costs for each initiative.
- Establish and manage agreements with industry associations and partners.
- Support the rollout of the MYZOLLER portal in Mexico.
- Create content (success stories, videos, features) for the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role (mid-to-junior level).
- English required (written and spoken).
- Proactive, organized, creative, and able to execute tasks effectively.
- Experience with events/exhibitions.
- Design (Adobe Creative Suite) or AI tools applied to marketing
- Valid passport / U.S. travel visa
