Rol
- We’re looking for someone curious, willing to learn, and with strong analytical experience. This role is an Analyst position, supporting a project that is still evolving. Work will span three primary areas:
- Reporting & Dashboards**
- Enterprise-level reporting (Tableau)
- Building and maintaining dashboards with complex and sensitive datasets (e.g., salary data)
- Analytical Deep Dives**
- Strong applied analysis skills using Python
- Ability to take a business question and drive it to insights and outcomes
- Results-oriented with a track record of drawing meaningful conclusions from data
- Statistics (Basic Level)**
- Foundational understanding of statistics (approx. 10% of the workload)
- Data Cleaning & Preparation**
- Ownership of data cleaning responsibilities
- Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery
- Exposure to AWS or similar cloud environments
Profile
- Sr data analyst to support enterprise reporting (Tableau), data analysis with SQL/Python, with previous data experience.

- Experience working with HR data, sensitive data
- API automation will be handled by the Data Engineer, but understanding the data flow is expected

Data analysts import, inspect, clean, transform, validate, model, or interpret collections of data with regard to the business goals of the company. They ensure that the data sources and repositories provide consistent and reliable data. Data analysts use different algorithms and IT tools as demanded by the situation and the current data. They might prepare reports in the form of visualizations such as graphs, charts, and dashboards.
The roles plays a critical role in leveraging data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the stakeholders. Technical skills combined with consulting skills to support decision making, drive business growth, and deliver value through data driven insights.
