We’re looking for a dedicated, bilingual professional with strong communication skills to assist potential clients through their legal intake journey.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Experience in roles involving direct client interaction is highly desirable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities; capable of speaking clearly, professionally, and with empathy—even in complex or emotionally charged situations.
- Comfortable using computers, including Windows OS, web browsers, and basic internet tools.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
Work Schedule:
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (GDL time) for 1–2 weeks.
- Regular Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $16,000 MXN per month
- Monthly bonus up to $5,100 MXN based on performance
- Food vouchers: $1,500 MXN/month (must start by the 5th of the month to be eligible the next month)
- 4% Savings Fund Contribution
- 15 Days Christmas Bonus (increases 1 day per year up to a max of 21)

What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients about legal matters—via phone or electronic communication.
- Conduct follow-up calls to establish contact and guide clients through the intake process.
- Lead conversations to understand client needs and collect relevant information through structured questionnaires.
- Send legal documents for e-signature and ensure completion.
- Work closely with your team to continuously improve the intake experience.
