We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Content Creator & Intake Specialist to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing engaging social media content that resonates with diverse audiences while engage in outreach to the intake surrogate & egg donor leads. Your energetic approach will help elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful storytelling. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to blend creative content creation with strategic social media management, contributing directly to our digital marketing success.
Duties
- Develop, curate, and publish compelling social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, utilizing graphic design and video editing skills.
- Be able to include yourself in the video for content creation.
- Monitor social media channels using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track engagement, and optimize content performance.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
- Call incoming surrogate & egg donor leads to monitor engagement.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and media performance analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing; ensure adherence to branding guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management & content creation.
- Prefer to have experience as a surrogate.
- Experience with video editing.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
- Familiar with Meta Advertising campaigns.
- Excellent writing skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing that captivates audiences.
- Ability to analyze media performance data using Google Analytics or similar tools to inform ongoing marketing strategies.
- Talent to create engaging content to increase our social media reach.
