You will manage the medical journey of our clients, negotiate with providers, and directly impact the success of US-based litigation. The Mission (How You’ll Make an Impact)
- Medical Advocacy & Coordination: You are the primary liaison between our clients and their healthcare providers. You will actively call doctors' offices to schedule appointments, track treatment progress, and ensure no client falls through the cracks.
- Strategic Claims Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients and insurance adjusters, ensuring every claim is documented, updated, and moving toward a successful resolution.
- Medical Intelligence: Take ownership of the medical file. Collect, analyze, and organize records and bills to build a "winning" demand package.
- Performance Excellence: Work within a structured, high-accountability environment where your efficiency directly contributes to firm settlements and your own bonus potential.
What We’re Looking For
- Native or Near-Native English: You must be comfortable and persuasive on the phone with US-based doctors and insurance adjusters.
- Experience: 3+ years in Personal Injury, Insurance Claims, or Medical Coordination.
- The "Hustle": You enjoy the "phone-heavy" nature of the job—calling providers to get updates and making sure the case stays on track.
- Organization: A "Type A" personality who loves keeping digital files (Filevine/CasePeer) perfectly organized.
- The Closer Mindset: Someone who understands that faster treatment and better documentation lead to higher settlements.
