Responsibilities

Lead project identification, prioritization, and authorization to support strategic organizational goals

Define project plans, priorities, and controls in coordination with involved areas

Collect effort estimates for resources, timelines, and costs across end-to-end solutions

Ensure clear understanding of business needs to shape viable solution approaches

Present and negotiate solution proposals with business areas and key stakeholders

Define project risks and mitigation actions, and drive execution of response plans

Document agreements, track action items, and follow up on open items to closure

Capture and document lessons learned to continuously improve project delivery

Monitor and manage project financials, including forecast, revenue, gross margin, and gross profit
Requirements

5+ years of project leadership experience in technology initiatives
-
Strong consulting skills for engaging clients and business stakeholders
-
Proven experience prioritizing and authorizing projects aligned to organizational strategy
-
PMP methodology knowledge and Agile methodologies knowledge

Solid project financial knowledge, including forecast, revenue, gross margin, and gross profit
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills to present and align solution proposals
-
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
Nice to have

Cloud and hybrid architecture knowledge

Hands-on familiarity with AWS and Azure

Experience with container platforms, including EKS
