Bilingual Training Systems Analyst
Education:

Technical degree, TSU, Bachelor's, or related field.
Experience:

Experience in Automotive industry.

1-2 years of experience in data analysis, administration, training, HR or similar roles.
- English B2-C1: Reading, writing, and communication.

Intermediate- advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Organized, proactive and results- oriented
Knowledge and activities:

Maintain and update training programs on platforms and software.
-
Training employees and key users on the correct use of the training platform.
-
Develop user guides, training materials, and procedures in English.

Provide ongoing support and resolve platform related questions or issues.

Coordinate with global corporate teams regarding platform updates and requirements.
-
Support audits by providing accurate training records and evidence.
