We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) to join our team in Mexico.
This position will play a key role in supporting the organization through the implementation of HR initiatives, with a particular focus on employee development, organizational development, talent management, performance, culture, and engagement, while also providing support across general Human Resources processes.

Identify learning, development, and organizational needs in collaboration with managers and business leaders.

Design, coordinate, and implement Learning & Development programs aligned with business objectives and employee development needs.

Develop, execute, and follow up on the Annual Training Plan, including schedules, providers, budgets, logistics, documentation, and effectiveness evaluations.

Coordinate onboarding and induction programs, ensuring an effective integration of new employees into the organization.

Support Organizational Development initiatives, including organizational culture, employee engagement, competency development, and change management.

Participate in talent management, performance management, career development, and succession planning initiatives.

Partner with managers to identify competency and development gaps and establish individual and team development plans.

Monitor the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives through KPIs, evaluations, feedback, and development indicators.

Coordinate internal and external training providers and maintain relationships with specialized vendors.

Support employee engagement and organizational climate initiatives, identifying opportunities to strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.

Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican labor and training regulations, maintaining accurate training records and required documentation.

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, performance, development, and other people-related matters.

Participate in performance evaluation processes and follow up on development actions and improvement plans.

Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes according to business needs.

Maintain HR records, employee information, reports, and key HR indicators.

Collaborate with local management and regional/global HR teams on corporate HR initiatives and projects.

Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist or similar position.

Strong hands-on background in Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD).

Proven experience developing and coordinating annual training plans and employee development programs.

Experience in performance management, competency development, talent management, employee engagement, organizational culture, and/or succession planning.

Good knowledge of Mexican labor practices and HR processes.

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or multinational environments is highly desirable.

Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively interact and partner with employees and managers at different organizational levels.

Strong planning, follow-up, and execution capabilities.

Advanced English required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and/or Learning Management Systems is desirable.
