Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote)
Location: Remote (Mexico)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a global technology team focused on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with architects, administrators, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while supporting mission-critical Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Triggers, and Flows.
- Create technical designs and specifications based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Apex Test Classes to ensure a minimum of 85% code coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and promote Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Salesforce Administrators, and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Provide Level 3 production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize existing Salesforce implementations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Triggers
- Flows
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations.
- Experience participating in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Experience using BitBucket or similar source control tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments in production.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and application lifecycle management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
